Carboner rice
In the village of Bunyola you can taste one of the best rices in Spain: arros de carboner. In 2018, this rice was the winner of the competition for the best rice in the country. It is a typical dish that was born during the seasons in which the charcoal burners worked in the oak groves of Sa Comuna . It is a brothy rice dish made with meat and vegetables.
